Opportunities to work for Kindikids are rare, but we are currently seeking a Centre Manager for our Ryde location.

Successful applicants will have:
- A genuinely empathetic and enthusiastic approach to working in the childcare sector
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
- A strong understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Previous Experience as a Centre Manager or Second in Charge
- A history of leading and inspiring individuals and team
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and relationship skills,
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
- A Current WWCC and Child Protection Certificate
- First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)

About the role:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of an established ECEC service – high administrative component (5 days off-the-floor)
- Responsible for driving centre excellence and utilisation, whilst also being hands-on in areas such as education, recruitment and the facility
- Member of the Kindikids Management Team
- Lead, inspire and mentor a large team of educators at our 106-place centre
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and friendly environment for children, families and educators
- Create long-lasting connections with the local community
- Exceptional communicator with parents, children, and team members, to ensure genuine collaborative relationships
- Supported by experienced off-the-floor Second in Charge, Operations team, Educational Leaders, Marketing Manager, Maintenance teams and the General Manager
