 o working in the childcare sector\n 	A Diploma of Early Childhood Educatio
 n and Care (or higher)\n 	A strong understanding of both the Early Years L
 earning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)\n 	Previous 
 Experience as a Centre Manager or Second in Charge\n 	A history of leading
  and inspiring individuals and team\n 	Excellent verbal\, written and inte
 rpersonal communication and relationship skills\,\n 	A demonstrated commit
 ment to continuous improvement and learning\n 	A Current WWCC and Child Pr
 otection Certificate\n 	First Aid &amp\; CPR (or willing to obtain)\n\n[sp
 ace_20]\n\n\nAbout the role:\n\n\n\n 	Manage the day-to-day operation of a
 n established ECEC service – high administrative component (5 days off-t
 he-floor)\n 	Responsible for driving centre excellence and utilisation\, w
 hilst also being hands-on in areas such as education\, recruitment and the
  facility\n 	Member of the Kindikids Management Team\n 	Lead\, inspire and
  mentor a large team of educators at our 106-place centre\n 	Foster an inc
 lusive\, supportive\, and friendly environment for children\, families and
  educators\n 	Create long-lasting connections with the local community\n 	
 Exceptional communicator with parents\, children\, and team members\, to e
 nsure genuine collaborative relationships\n 	Supported by experienced off-
 the-floor Second in Charge\, Operations team\, Educational Leaders\, Marke
 ting Manager\, Maintenance teams and the General Manager\n\n\n\n[space_20]
