Your OTE for this role will be $95K made up of Base + Supe r + Commission.\n\n\n\n\n \;\n\nExperience/Knowledge and Qualification s: \n\n\n\n Proven success as a Sales Manager\;\n Tertiary qualificatio n in marketing desirable\; and\n Demonstrated history of leading successf ul sales teams.\n\n\n\n \;\n\nThe Successful Applicant:\n\nAs the succ essful candidate you will be able to provide evidence of the following:\n\ n\n\n A comprehensive understanding of the psychology of sales\;\n Build ing and managing a sales team\;\n Implementing and monitoring sales strat egies\;\n Established understanding of marketing concepts and methods\;\n Drive new Club memberships including Corporate memberships\; and\n Deve lop strategies to drive ancillary revenue for the Club\, through internal member secondary spend.\n A hands on\, motivated and passionate Sales Man ager with proven success\;\n Worked in the fitness and leisure industry o r similar\;\n Ability to motivate a sales team to achieve their best.\n\n \n\n \;\n\nThis role reports to the Club's General Manager and is furt her supported by the Group Sales Manager.
