We run various events, some include birthday parties, school discos and school holiday programs. We are a small team of 5 admin staff; however, our events are over 3 states NSW, SA and WA with currently 25 performers.
Four days a week: 9.00 – 5.00
Preferably Mon, Tues, Wed and Fridays
Can extend to 5 days if preferred
Location Office: in Ryde
No work from home available.
We are looking for a sales, customer service, design and admin all-rounder to join our friendly and supportive home office team.
What we are looking for:
- Your main role is sales over the phone. This means we are looking for a friendly phone manner, someone who will go above and beyond to help create a magical event for their child.
- You must be a good communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- We are a team of 5, however you will have your own tasks to complete. Therefore, after initial training you must be able to work independently ensuing you meet deadlines.
- For this you will need to work efficiently and methodically and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- You will also be required to use Canva to come up with simple advertisement designs for our school holiday programs.
- You will be creating all the school holiday newsletters in Mailchimp.
- Updating the website in WordPress and Trybooking software.
- If you don’t know how to use Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress and Trybooking, you need to be a quick learner and confident on the computer.
- Must have good computer skills with outlook, Microsoft word and excel.
- You will also be required to organise and pack all the school holiday programs, all the different party packages for entertainers and at the end, you will be required to clean and restock all the party supplies and equipment as necessary.
This role is suitable for someone with at least 2-3 years administration and customer service experience. You must be a problem solver with a can-do attitude who loves supporting their team members in a fast-paced home office environment.
