DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nKairos Speech Therapy and Learning is a Speech Patholog
 y clinic located on Avon Road in North Ryde. We are a supportive team that
  love making a difference AND value creating a positive and fun workplace!
 \n\nAs our clinic is growing\, we are looking for a highly motivated\, or
 ganised and friendly Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team on a pa
 rt-time basis (3 days). This role has the potential to be 5 days.\nJob Des
 cription\nThe Receptionist/Admin Assistant role involves:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n 
 	Welcoming and developing rapport with clients\n 	Reception duties includi
 ng answering phones\, booking and confirming appointments and billing\n 	G
 eneral administration and office duties\n 	Support the team by providing a
 dministrative support (laminating\, creating therapy resources etc)\n 	Fle
 xible start/end times but general work hour blocks would be 9:30-2:30pm/10
 -3/1-6pm (we are flexible!).\n\n\n\nDesirable criteria\n\n\n\n 	Experience
  working as a receptionist (strongly preferred but not crucial)\n 	Experie
 nce with practice management software\n 	Excellent interpersonal skills\n 
 	Strong verbal and written communication skills\n 	Working with Children a
 nd NSW Police Check\n 	Excellent organisational and time management skills
 \, and attention to detail\n 	Able to work collaboratively and independent
 ly\n 	Able to build strong rapport with clients and their families\n 	Exce
 llent computer skills\n\n\n\nThis role would be suitable for parents\, stu
