SUMMARY:Property Manager (Part Time) - OH Property Group\, Chatswood
DESCRIPTION:OH Property Group is&nbsp\;looking for a part-time Property Man
 ager (half time) with previous PM experience to help us manage a PM portfo
 lio in North Shore Sydney.\n\n\n\n\nDuties will include:\n1. Arranging and
  conducting Open for Inspections and private appointments for prospective 
 tenants.\n2. Assessing&nbsp\;rental applications\, reference checking and 
 making recommendations to the owners.\n3. Preparing paperwork associated&n
 bsp\;with leases and tenancies.\n3. Conducting in-going and out-going insp
 ections.\n4. Managing the PM portfolio: obtaining quotes for repairs\, arr
 anging for repairs\, issuing&nbsp\;work orders\, conducting periodic inspe
 ctions and rent reviews\, and liaising with tenants and owners.\n5. Making
  book-keeping&nbsp\;entries into the PM software\, uploading of invoices\,
  issuing tenancy invoices and running reports and tenant ledgers.\n6. Main
 taining&nbsp\;required hard copy files for PM portfolio\n&nbsp\;\nHours wi
 ll be quite flexible so long as Opens and Inspections can be held at suita
 ble times. Our office is in Chatswood\, very close to the train station bu
 t a lot of the work can be done remotely.\n&nbsp\;\nCandidates need to hol
 d a minimum Certificate of Registration (as issued by the NSW Office of Fa
 ir Trading) and have some prior experience in Property Management.\n&nbsp\
