SUMMARY:Parramatta Rocks! Rock Painting Party
DESCRIPTION:Heard about the latest painted rock hide-and-seek craze? Want t
o join in the fun but don't know where to start? Come along to the Parrama
tta Rocks! community Rock Painting Party.\n\nIt's the easiest (and most af
fordable!) way to get in on the action.\n\nAll materials will be supplied
for you and the kids to unleash your creativity and decorate as many rocks
as you like with fun colourful pictures and positive messages. For just a
s small donation of $5 per family\, everyone can get painting (yep\, even
the adults!) All ages and abilities welcome. Invite you family\, friends a
nd neighbours.\n\nThen go out into your local area and spread the love - h
ide your rocks in your local park\, along bushwalking tracks\, in picnic g
rounds....even leave one of your favourites waiting at the bus stop. Who k
nows who'll stumble across your handcrafted masterpiece...but whoever that
may be\, you can guarantee it'll bring a smile to their face.\n\nGo back
to basic with good ol' fashioned family fun. Get creative. Get outdoors. T
each your kids the value of random acts of kindness and giving back to the
ir community.\n\nWe all need a little positivity in our lives....rock on!\
n\nWith thanks to our generous supporters Rydalmere Bunnings and Officewor
ks West Ryde and to Ermington West Public School for hosting this communit
 y event.\n\nMore info here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/parramattarock
