SUMMARY:Membership Services Manager – Permanent Full-Time
DESCRIPTION:We have an exciting opportunity for a Membership Services Manag
 er to join our club in Ryde\, reporting into the General Manager\, in this
  role you will be passionate about Member Retention and Customer Service\,
  manage all aspects of member retention and our Member Concierge (Receptio

  this full time role\, you will primarily be responsible for attracting an
 d retaining members with every call and interaction you have while providi
 ng membership administration support to ensure that membership payments ar
 e made and maintained.\n\nYou will be responsible for:\n\n 	Membership Ret
 ention and achieving set targets / KPIs\n 	Managing the Reception/Member C
 oncierge Team\n 	Member Experience in collaboration with the Sales Team\n 
 	Contributing to Club Leadership Team and to a positive culture\n 	Debt co
 llection\; and membership based administration\; and\n 	Being a Brand Amba
 ssador for the Next Gen Product.\n\nWhile this role is predominantly a Mon
 day to Friday role\, this role requires flexibility of working weekends if
  and when required.\n\nTo be successful in this role you will have:\n\n 	S
 trong customer service and problem solving skills\;\n 	Well-developed nego
 tiation and objection handling skills\;\n 	Experience working in a team en
 vironment\;\n 	A passion for the health\, fitness &amp\; lifestyle industr
 y\;\n 	Well-developed communications skills\;\n 	Previous experience in a 
 sales/retention based role would be advantageous\;\n 	Reporting capabiliti
 es and Excel know-how\;\n 	An excellent track record working with KPI's\, 
 targets and sales goals\;\n 	Excellent objection handling and closing skil
 ls\;\n 	The ability to take ownership and be a problem solver\;\n 	Highly 
 motivated\, with high energy levels\; and\n\nHigh level verbal communicati
