 nTHE ROLE\n\nAs Lending Support Officer you will work alongside the Princi
 pal Broker to provide an exceptional customer experience for our clients t
 hroughout the lending journey\, including post-settlement.\n\nDuties will 
 include but are not limited to:\n\n 	Preparation and lodgement of client l
 oan submissions.\n 	Attending to client enquiries and correspondence.\n 	C
 ommunicating with other key parties – assessors\, BDM’s\, conveyancers
 \, settlement agents etc.\n 	Assessing clients borrowing capacities.\n 	Co
 nducting analysis and providing recommendations.\n 	Document organisation 
 and data entry.\n 	Ensuring compliance adherence.\n 	Identifying opportuni
 ties for continuous improvement in process and operations.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nR
 EQUIREMENTS\n\nYou are passionate about customer service and have a minimu
 m of one year's experience working in lending/loan processing. Plus\;\n\n 
 	A keen eye for detail.\n 	Strong analytical skills.\n 	Ability to manage 
 competing priorities in a busy environment.\n 	Excellent verbal and writte
 n communication skills.\n 	Proactive and solution-focused approach to meet
