About You:
- 2-3 years of Garden Maintenance expertise: Show us your hands-on experience in nurturing and beautifying gardens.
- Recent Horticulture TAFE Graduate: If your new to the industry and have learnt your craft , we’ll help you bloom.
- Valid Driver’s License: Because you’ll need it to drive your company equipped vehicle. Manual license an advantage.
- White Card certification: Safety first! Your certification ensures that you’re always working safely on the job.
- Reliable, Punctual & Capable: Basically we want people who know how to turn up, show up and put up.
- Live in a central Sydney location: For best work/ life balance we prefer someone somewhat local to the Ryde/ central Sydney area.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Your daily adventures will include:
- Detailed Maintenance: Bringing gardens to life through meticulous care for both residential and commercial spaces.
- Pruning and Planting: Sculpting and adding life to greenery for healthy growth and aesthetic allure.
- Pest Control & Fertilization: Keeping pests at bay and ensuring our gardens thrive.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Your communication skills shine as you work closely with clients and our supportive team.
- Design Enhancements: Spotting potential improvements and suggesting design modifications.
- Irrigation Mastery: Ensuring plants receive the perfect hydration they need.
- Tools & Equipment: Operating and maintaining a range of landscaping equipment and tools.
- Record Keeping: Keeping tabs on tasks and materials to ensure seamless operations.
- Safety First: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while transforming various landscapes.
