g classes for all ages from 5 to 12 years that are hands on and interactiv
 e. She is a parent herself and now grandmother.\n\nRealising the need to t
each children\,&nbsp\; the next generation\, a life skill\, she commenced
small hands on classes. Classes are held in a casual and fun and safe atmo
sphere in her modern home. These classes are enjoyed by all!\n\nAngelina c
omes from an Italian background and is passionate about her traditions and
culture handed down to her by her migrant parents.\n\nAngelina has worked
  in business world but has always come back to her passion of food.&nbsp\;
Working part-time in café’s and restaurants and a home baking business
.&nbsp\; Her skills were taught to her by her own mother from a young age.
\n\nThe recipes taught are authentic southern and Italian meals\, desserts
and biscuits. Some of them come straight from her handwritten recipe book
of her late mothers own regional&nbsp\; receipes.&nbsp\; Angelina believe
s every receipe has a story and it should be told\, eg\, where did pizza c
ome from?&nbsp\; What are the traditional Italian herbs used.&nbsp\; Where
did the origin of homemade pasta come from?&nbsp\; What are the specialty
dishes of the&nbsp\; regions of Italy.&nbsp\; Seasonal cooking and why.\n
\nThe dining table is the heart of a home and brings family and friends to
gether. She hopes that her students will enjoy cooking for years to come a
nd celebrate\, food\, family and friends in their own homes.\n\nHer lesson
s include take home receipes that the children can impress their own famil
ies with at the same time\, practicing the skill and art of cooking and co
nfidence with ingredients.\n\nHer greatest pleasure is to hear parents fee
dback that their children are confident junior chefs and want to cook on t
he weekends for the family or that they aspire to be chefs and own their o
 wn restaurant one day.
