As our name states\, we are all about function and movemen t of the human body\, and how we can restore\, retrain\, and treat the pai ns and aches. We are now located in a new facility amongst the Boronia par k shops where we have our Movement Playground and still operate out of our clinic in Putney\, which is where we hold our Clinical Pilates classes.\n \nWe have developed a harmony between our three main services – Physioth erapy\, Clinical Pilates\, and Movement Playground. Amongst developing the se sectors we also have made sure we screen and assess all our clients to help direct them into the right part of our business.\n\nWe want to give y ou the solution to getting your able body moving again and give you the co ntrol to help yourself. Our systematic process at Function has been proven over and over again and have helped patients that had been suffering for decades!\n\nPhysiotherapy\n\nAmongst our team of highly trained physiother apists we have an extensive amount of experience that ranges from\;\n\n H eadache and migraine treatments\n Chronic Lower back pain\n Sacro-iliac joint pain\n Sporting Ankle and Knee joint pain\n Neck and upper back in juries\n Shoulder and scapular pain\n Gait analysis\n Custom orthotic p rescription\n Rib and thoracic pain\n\nOur treatment never stops at the p hysiotherapy levels as we all know that resetting your musculoskeletal ana tomy is the first third of the job. All our physiotherapists will get thei r hands dirty and figure out the cause of your pain (most of the time it i s not even in the area your complaining of) and work on the whole system t o get the results they need.\n\n \;\n\nClinical Pilates - Putney\n\nWe have been fine tuning our clinical Pilates programs for the past year and have been rolling out some in-depth programs to help with the basic of mo vements. We are dedicated with our small boutique classes (5 people maximu m) to help maximise the activation patterns our clients would need once ha ving their muscles and joints mobilised and remoulded. What an injustice w e would be doing to our clients if we were not stabilising the musculoskel etal system and returning it to a neutral state? These classes are all run by trained clinical Pilates physiotherapists and can work with any level of injury\n\n \;\n\nPlayground\n\nAfter helping so many patients reach that pain-free life and full functional movements it was time to really t est what they have learnt. We have recently built the first physio-guided movement space in Gladesville and have patients working with our high-qual ity instructors to help with our final chapter of the rehab. These small b ased classes are all about quality movement and controlled pain-free adapt ations to our clinical Pilates along with Aerial yoga and traditional Japa nese yoga. We are the only gym in a 15km radius to offer aerial\, reformer \, and yoga all under one roof\, and now the first in Australia to have ou r movement space within our once known physiotherapy clinic.\n\n \;\n\ nPhone: \;Putney: 8021 0246\, \;Gladesville: 9879 7467\n\nEmail:&n bsp\;admin@functionpcp.com.au\n\nFacebook: www.facebook.com/functionmovebe tter\n\nInstagram: \;www.instagram.com/functionpcp\n\nWebsite: \;w ww.functionpcp.com.au\n\nAddress:\n\nPutney: 6/227 Morrison Road\, Putney\ , NSW\, 2112\n\nGladesville: 148 Pittwater Road\, Gladesville\, NSW 2111\n \n \;\n\n[kad_youtube url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LjZqLEHv8xA " ]\n\n \;\n\n ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/jpeg:https://dev.rydedistrictmums.com.au/wp-content/u ploads/2019/02/Function_Logo-scaled.jpg CATEGORIES:Medical & Healthcare Professionals END:VEVENT BEGIN:VTIMEZONE TZID:Australia/Sydney X-LIC-LOCATION:Australia/Sydney BEGIN:DAYLIGHT DTSTART:20181007T030000 TZOFFSETFROM:+1000 TZOFFSETTO:+1100 TZNAME:AEDT END:DAYLIGHT BEGIN:STANDARD DTSTART:20190407T020000 TZOFFSETFROM:+1100 TZOFFSETTO:+1000 TZNAME:AEST END:STANDARD BEGIN:DAYLIGHT DTSTART:20191006T030000 TZOFFSETFROM:+1000 TZOFFSETTO:+1100 TZNAME:AEDT END:DAYLIGHT END:VTIMEZONE END:VCALENDAR
