 n 	Experience in delivering premium customer service\n 	Natural leadership
  and highly organised qualities\n 	Strong interest and passion for the hea
 lth &amp\; fitness industry\n 	Adequate financial skills\n 	Previous exper
 ience in food and beverage\n 	Operational experience\n 	Current qualificat
 ions in Senior First Aid\, RSA and Pool Life Guard\n 	Must be well present
 ed\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n 	Ability to exceed member expectations and
  maintain high service standards\n 	Ensure cleanliness of change rooms\, s
 team\, sauna areas and pool surrounds of our pools and spas\n 	Ability to 
 take pool chemical tests and monitor auto chemical controllers\n 	Ensuring
  efficient operations across the Club\n 	Managing the opening and closing 
 of the Club\n 	Providing leadership\, motivation and innovation to teams\n
  	Delivering operational support to all departments including Reception\, 
 Food &amp\; Beverage\, Maintenance\, Crèche\, Gym\, Pool and Sales\n 	Gua
 ranteeing the overall cleanliness and exceptional presentation of the buil
