This is why our company motto is ‘Buzz D oes!’\n\nOur office is based in Gladesville in Sydney.\n\n\n\n\n \;\ n\nJob Description\n\n\nReporting to the marketing manager our digital mar keting assistant will be able to:\n\n\n\n Use the Talkbox digital market ing platform to create and send targeted email and SMS campaigns\n Manage the BuzzConnect job log where our clients lodge requests for campaigns\n Use graphic design tools to create images and content for email campaigns \, in line with customer branding\n Confidently communicate with customer s about campaign insights &\; strategy\n Be proficient in MS Office - Microsoft Excel in particular\n Provide tech support and training for cus tomers on Talkbox updates and features\n Work with our graphic designer t o create marketing assets as required for clients\n Liaise with systems s upport\n Update project plans and work towards deliverables\n Work along side the email marketing team\, to manage and deliver client adhoc communi cation requests\n\n\n\n \;\n\nSuccess Criteria\n\n\n\n The position i s for 5 days per week 5 hours per day.
