We pride ourselves on the relationships we build wit h each and every one of our clients\, making sure we understand their need s to be able to build bespoke advice helping them achieve their goals and feel confident about their financial future.\n \;\nTHE ROLE\nYou'll be working to support our Client Service Manager with operational and admini strative tasks\, ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience with Shape Financial\, and we deliver them the great outcomes we’ve been beco me known for.\nDuties will include but are not limited to:\n\n\n \nAssist ing team members in operational and administrative tasks.\n\n \nAttending to client enquiries and correspondence.\n\n \nAssisting with the prepara tion and lodgement of client applications and other financial documentatio n.\n\n \nMaintenance of internal recording keeping systems.\n\n \nSuppor ting the customer introduction process.\n\n \nIdentifying opportunities f or continuous improvement in process and operations.\n\n\n \;\nREQUIRE MENTS\nYou are passionate about customer service and have demonstrated exp erience working in a similar role (ideally within a financial services org anisation). Additionally\, you will have:\n\n\n Excellent verbal and writ ten communications skills.\n Strong attention to detail and data entry sk ills.\n Proactive and solution-focussed approach to meeting clients’ ne eds.\n Commitment to outstanding client service\; and\n Commitment to te am work.\n\nA competitive salary will be offered to the right individual.
