 plications from candidates who are looking to develop their Real Estate Sa
 les career and work alongside a top-performing Sales Agent. This positio
 n is a pivotal support role which will see you assist the agent with all 
 aspects of administration. This position will provide you with an opportun
 ity to expand your real estate skills and experience.\n\nDuties &amp\; Res
 ponsibilities:\n\n 	Drafting proposals and letters\n 	Create property repo
 rts for core areas and listing kits\n 	Assist with agent diary management\
 n 	Booking photo-shoots\n 	Create and send follow up letters and thank you
  letters\n 	Prepare exchange and offer documentation and send to solicitor
 s\n 	Ensure listing checklists are completed and listings are compliant\n 
 	Assist with advertising campaigns\n 	Proof marketing campaigns\n 	General
  administration duties including filling and database management\n 	Liaise
  with solicitors\, vendors and buyers\n\nSkills &amp\; experience:\n\n 	Mu
 st have Real Estate Certificate of Registration\n 	Real estate experience 
 is preferred but not essential\n 	Reliable and a team player\n 	Ability to
  problem solve and solutions driven\n 	Strong verbal and written communica
 tion skills\n 	Excellent time management and ability to prioritise\n 	Stro
