TNC delivers TEI and SHS (early intervention t o homelessness)\, and provides support to our community in the disciplines of casework\, counselling\, parenting programs\, advice\, referrals\, adv ocacy and group work. We are embarking on a 12-month pilot program called SafeT – safe transition out of DFV for women and families in the Ryde LG A and we are seeking a 4 day per week Case Worker to support this pilot pr ogram.\n\nFunded by The Northern Centre and a number of other smaller gran ts\, this role will work with women and families who are no longer living with the perpetrator and have moved into social or private housing. The ob jective of SafeT is to break the cycle of returning\, knowing that on aver age a female victim of DFV may leave her partner up to seven or eight time s before she breaks away for good.\n\nSalary will be under the SCHADS Awar d Level 4 and in accordance with your skills\, knowledge and experience. T here is generous salary packaging as well as monthly external team clinica l supervision\, training budget and EAP provision available for this role.
