SUMMARY:Canteen Manager - Hunters Hill Public School P&C
DESCRIPTION:\n\nHunters Hill Public School P&amp\;C are seeking an enthusia
 stic\, committed\, and reliable canteen manager to run our school canteen.
 \n\nOur small school (approx 280 students) averages 80 orders per day and 
 is currently open 4 days per week. We want the successful applicant to bui
 ld a canteen business that provides nutritious food at an affordable price
  for our students and staff.\n\nSalary is in accordance with the Fast Food
  Industry Award [MA000003] Part Time Level 3 with a minimum of 26 hours pe
 r week. An incentive scheme based on key performance measures will also be
  considered for the right applicant.\n\nEmployment commences 29 January 20
 24.\n\nEssential Criteria\n\n\n\n 	NSW Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) certi
 ficate and understanding and ability to implement Food Safety Standard 3.2
 .2A\n 	Experience in school canteen management or similar food service ind
 ustry\n 	Demonstrated ability to manage and operate a profitable school ca
 nteen including daily food safety checks\, banking\, record keeping\, cost
 s and pricing strategies\, budgeting\, stock management and the developmen
 t of a healthy schools canteen menu\n 	Ability to work in a team environme
 nt with the capacity to organise and hire and train staff and volunteers\n
  	Time management skills and ability to adhere to deadlines.\n 	Knowledge 
 of basic financial (including cash handling) and business management\n 	Ex
 cellent customer service and communication skills\n 	Computer literacy usi
 ng MS Office applications Excel\, Word and Internet\n 	The successful appl
 icant will be required to undertake a Working with Children check before a
 ppointment to the position\n\n\n\n Desirable Criteria\n\n\n\n 	Experience
  with Flexischools or equivalent (training will be provided)\n 	Applicants
  should be able to address the Essential Criteria and provide names and co
