  opportunity is available for a Broker Support Specialist to join the team
  and play a critical role in supporting brokers with day-to-day loan proce
 ssing\, lender communication\, and deal progression.\n\nThis position is i
 deal for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment\, enjoys 
 working behind the scenes to keep deals moving\, and wants to build long-t
 erm career foundations within mortgage broking.\n\nReporting to the leader
 ship team\, your responsibilities will include:\n\n 	Supporting brokers wi
 th end-to-end loan application processing\n 	Analysing income documentatio
 n\, including tax returns\, financials\, BAS and bank statements\n 	Reques
 ting\, ordering and reviewing credit reports for clients\n 	Ordering prope
 rty valuations through lender platforms\n 	Requesting and negotiating disc
 ounted interest rates with lenders\n 	Reviewing lender policies and assist
 ing with scenario assessment\n 	Maintaining accurate records across Apply 
 Online\, Mercury and internal systems\n 	Ensuring files remain compliant w
 ith lender and regulatory requirements\n 	Contributing to process improvem
 ents\, efficiencies and system enhancements whilst respecting company poli
 cies and procedures\n 	Providing clear\, professional communication with l
 enders\, clients and internal stakeholders\n\n[space_40]\nAbout You\n\nThe
  successful candidate will have:\n\n 	Experience in a mortgage broking\, l
 ending\, or broker support role\n 	Strong understanding of lending policie
 s across multiple lenders (highly regarded)\n 	Sound ability to analyse fi
 nancial documents and serviceability data\n 	Confidence working with Micro
 soft Office applications\n 	Strong organisational skills with excellent at
