DESCRIPTION:Amazing opportunity for an experienced Credit Analyst or Ex Bro
 ker to work with 2 high performing residential mortgage brokers.\nFlexible
  hours\, work from home. \nThis position provides a great opportunity for
  someone needing job flexibility.\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe role primarily consists 
 of the following tasks:\n\n 	Initial examination of loan scenario as commu
 nicated by the Broker.\n 	Credit analysis\, product comparison and recomme
 ndation.\n 	Packaging of loan applications including commentary and notes\
 n 	Passing deal on to Admin Manager for lodgement then managing any credit
  critical issues (in conjunction with the broker) that may arise during th
 e approval process.\n\nThe team comprises 2 experienced brokers plus a F/T
  administration manager. We have market-leading\, intuitive software and o
 perate in a paperless environment.\n\nWe are seeking a candidate with the 
 following minimum experience levels and attributes:\n\n 	Have held a minim
 um $1m residential mortgage DLA with an Australian lender including both P
 AYG and S/E/complex deal assessment. Alternatively\, min 2yrs+ as an auton
 omous Mortgage Broker or Credit Analyst in a Mortgage Broking Firm can be 
 considered.\n 	Strong analysis and judgement skills.\n 	Excellent verbal a
 nd written communication skills.\n 	Proven engagement and communication sk
 ills.\n 	Possess strong commercial acumen.\n 	Be a strong team player with
  a ‘can-do' attitude.\n 	Able to work autonomously with minimal supervis
 ion.\n\nThis role has incredible flexibility. Choice of 2 office locations
  or WFH is an option for the right candidate. Australia wide opportunity f
