 \nWe are seeking a part-time Book Keeper / Office Administrator to join o
 ur Office located in Gladesville. You will play a supporting role to the D
 irector and General Manager and will be responsible for all company accoun
 ts\, staff payroll\, and general administration duties.\n\nROLE REQUIREMEN
 TS:\n\n 	Answering phone calls and general enquiries\, directing enquirie
 s to relevant team members\n 	Accounts payable\, processing invoices and 
 progress claims\, and debt collection\n 	Timesheet reviews and Wednesday W
 eekly staff payroll\n 	General office administration duties\n 	Administrat
 ion &amp\; Accounts knowledge\n 	Experience in construction-based compan
 ies preferred but not required\n\n\n 	High attention to detail &amp\; acc
 uracy\n 	Excellent communication skills\n 	An ability to be discreet\, rel
 iable &amp\; trustworthy\n 	High level of computer literacy with MYOB and
