Lionheart Clinic is a child and adolescent psychiatry and mental health clinic that offers appointments via telehealth to children and teenagers aged 5-18 years in Ryde and surrounding suburbs.
We understand how challenging it can be when children and teenagers who have mental health challenges, and how that may make it difficult to navigate relationships be that at home, at school or the community.
We believe in the importance of early intervention and have a focus on ‘preparing a child or teenager for adulthood’.
Our believe this is important as we want our patients to know when they are doing okay, when they need additional support and skills that they need in adulthood (e.g. managing their own medications well).
