Event: Colour the Campus
Date: Thursday 29 August, 2024
Times: 2.00pm – 4.00pm, with additional celebrations to follow
Location: Starts at Lakeside Lawn, around campus, and ends at Ubar
This annual “Wear It Purple” event empowers LGBTQIA+ youth to dream big and share “Your Passion, Your Pride.” It features a lively fun run (or walk, stroll) around the campus’s picturesque 2.5 km loop, with optional game checkpoints along the way. It’s a fantastic opportunity to show your support for the LGBTQIA+ community and celebrate unity and diversity. Enjoy live music, refreshments, and prize announcements at Ubar afterward. After the Colour the Campus event, you can continue the celebration at the Twilight Market, running from 3 PM to 7:30 PM.
We warmly invite everyone in our community to join us in this celebration alongside our students and staff.
