connect kids YOGA is an Early Learning Centre based yoga program designed to help your child shine from the inside out. connect kids YOGA builds a solid foundation for good health & wellbeing using yoga movement, breathing exercises, dance, stories, songs, mindfulness & relaxations. Weekly class themes encourage an exploration of feeling & thought, teaching practical tools to focus & calm busy little minds, while simple yoga movements & exercises build strength, coordination & confidence, all while having fun, in a non-competitive, all- inclusive group class.
